BLOOM Nanobubble System launched by Moleaer Inc for Horticulture
Updated: May 21, 2020
Moleaer Inc, a leader in the design and manufacturing of Nanobubble Systems adds the new Bloom Nanobubble generator to its innovative product line. The Bloom nanobubble generator is designed specifically for horticulture and is the most effective technology to maximize the ability of oxygen to increase crop yield and enhance growth.
Moleaer’s Bloom Nanobubble System is the most effective technology to
maximize the ability of oxygen to improve crop yield.
The patent pending Bloom produces trillions of nanobubbles. The nanobubbles produced by the Bloom are ~80nm in size and have an oxygen transfer efficiency greater than 90%. Nanobubbles remain suspended in water after saturation, producing a reserve of readily available oxygen in the water. Suspended and charged oxygen nanobubbles, and high dissolved oxygen levels in the water help to improve water quality, mitigate diseases, and increase nutrient absorption. Operating in more than 40 greenhouses, Moleaer’s nanobubble generators have consistently delivered increased crop yields and faster growth.
The Bloom is created specifically for commercial greenhouses is very simple to install. The Bloom model is available in 25, 50 and 150 gallon per minute flow rates. The Bloom IQ is a more advanced version which features integrated optical dissolved oxygen monitoring sensor and smart controller for integration with climate control systems and for programmable operation.
Revol Greens installed Moleaer’s Nanobubble generator to enhance irrigation water.
Steve Amundson, head grower of Revol Green’s said “We are thrilled with the results we have seen at our Revol Greens greenhouse since installing the Moleaer system. The system’s ability to help manage Pythium in water while promoting plant growth is substantial to our bottom line. The 12% improvement in our crop yield was very surprising. This technology has demonstrated to us that it should and will be standardized into our current facility and the 3-hectare expansion we are doing this year.”
“Through rapid adoption of our technology within the Horticulture market and the value it creates, it became clear we needed to develop a nanobubble solution tailored towards the needs of growers,” said Warren Russell, Chief Commercial Office at Moleaer. “The Bloom is designed specifically for commercial greenhouses and we take great pride in helping horticulturists around the world grow crops more efficiently and cost-effectively using our advanced nanobubble technology.”
